  • We stay true to tradition! Our Birria is made with 100% Halal Lamb. This gives it the rich, savory depth that authentic Birria is famous for. But as with all of our items you can choose any of our protiens.


  • The meat itself is savory and flavorful, not overly spicy. You can choose any of our salsas on the side so you can control the heat.



  • Yes! The "Consome" (dipping broth) is essential. A 1.5 oz complimentary portion is included with all Birria orders. We reccoment upgrading to a small 4oz portion for 3 or more tacos or a burrito or torta.
