A taco bar is simple: proteins and toppings in boxes, set out so everyone builds their own. Choose Mini for 6 or Grande for 12, or birria by the piece.

Proteins: Al Pastor, Carnitas, Chorizo, Grilled Chicken (halal), Chicken Tinga (halal), Skirt Steak, Barbacoa Lamb (halal), Chipotle Shrimp, Mesquite Tilapia, S.P.A.M. (sweet potato and mushroom, vegan). Skirt steak and lamb add $3.55 per Mini or $7.10 per Grande.
